Session 2
AUTOMATICITY
The goal of this session is to clarify the relationship between mindfulness and what we are calling “automaticity,” so that you can begin to create a space for your Essential Self to lead. In this module you will:
- Becoming aware of automatic and routine patterns of thinking and behavior.
- Create a connection between the automatic nature of your thoughts and emotions so that you can begin to create space to Resource Essence.
- Learn new ways to deal with automatic cycles of thoughts and emotions to increase resonance between your Essence and your behaviors.
