MODULE 1
Attention & The Now

The objective of this first session is to familiarize yourself with the two most important building blocks of mindfulness; attention and the present moment. In this module you will:
- Understand how to cultivate attention in the present moment.
- Understand how to shift thinking from the past or the future.
- Get a clear understanding of your thoughts and their relationship with the present moment.
